Kristi-Leigh Lyon
Kristi-Leigh Lyon is a graduate of New York University with extensive experience providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to children of all ages. Her diverse training enables her to design and adjust her evaluations and clinical intervention specific to a child’s unique personality, learning style, strengths and needs. The collaborative approach with families, educators and specialists, enables a comprehensive approach to treatment. Staying current with professional learning and evidenced-based practices is a priority. As a result, she is an ACE recipient (Award Continued Education) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing-Association. This formal recognition is given to professionals who have demonstrated their commitment to lifelong learning in their area of specialty.
When she’s not working, Kristi-Leigh is an active member in the community as an Estero Chamber of Commerce Member, Leadership Estero Program 2024 graduate, Team Captain for Southwest Florida Walk For Childhood Apraxia of Speech in Estero and volunteer for various causes and organizations to raise awareness and support for residents.
Kristi-Leigh understands that you and your child need a patient, engaging, and competent therapist on this journey. She treats every child with respect and compassion, personalizing goals to encourage individual and family-focused success.
